- Khanye Chartered Accountants Inc. is a personal liability company incorporated under section 8 2(b) of the Companies Act 2008 and is responsible for the audit part of the group. (Reg no: 2016/473454/21)
As a company, we have accumulated a wealth of experience over the past years as we continue to provide professional services to various satisfied clients across the private and public sector.
Our experience includes but is not limited to various accounting, tax, audits and advisory services within the private sector as well as various assignments and projects that include the preparation and review of Annual Financial statement, Risk management and internal audits, turnaround strategies, financial plans and advisory services on GRAP,MFMA, PFMA and PPPFA within the public sector.
Fee Structure: Our proposed fees are based on the estimated time to be spent by the engagement team and on the level of competencies required. In instances where fee expectations are different, we are open to negotiating mutually acceptable grounds that will ensure that the quality of the service is not compromised.
